Freshly, a greeting card (5x7in)
Freshly (adv.)
In a fresh manner, vigorously; newly, recently; brightly; briskly; cooly.
From Middle English: "fressh," from Old English "fersc" (fresh, pure, sweet), Proto-West Germanic "frisk" (fresh), Proto-Germanic "friskaz (fresh), and Proto-Indo-European "preysk" (fresh).
This "Adverbly" photomontage has found its way onto a greeting card. The series celebrates the almighty and much under-appreciated Adverb, the modifier of verbs and adjectives.. Now this one modifies a mashup of imagery - my own photos and other interesting finds from the public domain - such as these cheeky watercolor wildflowers and holy writings recorded in an illuminated manuscript.
Each Adverbly montage invites you to complete the work. Where does it lead you? What questions does it ask, or what does it inspire?
